    FINAL UPDATE for Maven IT Managed Voice Users,

    Our underlying voice provider has corrected the issue and all voice services have been restored 100%. Note that call recording has also been re-enabled.

    Our underlying voice provider has informed us that all calling services have been restored.

    Note that if your organization utilizes call recording, it has NOT been enabled but will be in the near future.

    Good morning Maven IT Managed Voice Customers,

    Our underlying voice provider has made us aware that managed voice services are experiencing some instability currently. This issue is due to infrastructure high memory utilization that is causing some phones to disconnect and reconnect to the voice servers. Note that not all customers will be affected by this issue.

    Our underlying voice provider is currently working on the issue. Maven IT will provide updates as we receive more information.
