    Our underlying VoIP phone service partner has advised that a fix was implemented and tested successfully. All VoIP phone services are fully operational. If you are experiencing any issues, please reach out to our Service Desk Team at support@mavenitinc.com or at 248-781-4711.

    Dear Partner:

    Maven IT's underlying VoIP phone service partner has identified an issue where some customers may experience intermittent inbound call processing. Some callers my receive a busy signal when calling phones on our service. This will not happen in all cases. Our underlying provider is investigating this issue. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
